The aim of The Initiative is to acquire data by "Planting Seeds".
​
Through our Seed Survey, we aim to acquire our data directly from those who’ve experienced the leadership infrastructure we seek to improve: Alumni & Current Students of Nigerian Secondary Schools.
​
We also plan to partner with schools to gather knowledge on their plans for developing their students as young leaders.
​
Goal:
To gather knowledge on each school’s past/current plans on
developing their students as young leaders, and more importantly, understanding how much of a role these schools' plans had on the leadership development of their student body.

Our goal is to gather knowledge on different schools' past & current plans for developing their students as young leaders.
More importantly, we want to know how you felt about the experiences provided by your schools.

Alumni & Current Students of Nigerian Secondary Schools.
The only thing we ask is that you give each question an honest answer (sprinkled with a bit of thought).

Our Pod Program
The IgeLead Pod Program is a mentorship and leadership enrichment program centered around the development of young leaders in secondary school through the 3 Ps:

The 1st Edition will take place in April, 2023 across a 2-week period.
The Pod Program is the next step in the IgeLead Initiative.

Our program is designed to provide these students the opportunity to practice & develop their leadership skills.
Our aim is simply to aid in their preparations for life after secondary school. As we look forward to meeting these unique individuals, we want to emphasize that as they learn from us, we will learn from them.

This program is designed for, and by, Nigerian secondary school students & alumni so we look forward to the long-lasting contributions these young leaders will have on our organization.
